The girls ARE super cute lately, I have to say. The terrible three's period seems to be easing up. (We never really had the stereotypical terrible two's, but we sure did have us some terrible three's).
Everyone is doing well. Paige is eating and growing (wooohooo) and has been happy and healthy since her last bout of sickness and vomiting from a couple weeks ago. Taylor is also doing well since her seizure last week, although we are still going to the neurologist tomorrow to discuss the seizure and for further consult. In spite of the twins spells and fits typical of their terrible three's, both of them are at least starting to listen to mommy and daddy - well, a little...sort of...well, sometimes. Eating is going much better, particularly for Paige. Mealtimes are still pretty messy but not nearly as messy as they used to be - even Taylor is doing GREAT with her utensils. Utensils have been pretty challenging for Taylor to master due to some of the developmental delays and motor planning related to her cerebral palsy, but lately, she's been doing GREAT with her forks and spoons. YAY!
The best part is how much they chatter and how much creativity they have when they play and talk with one another. I have so many stories that I could tell, but I'll choose one that happend just today - Taylor and Paige were playing together in the hallway upstairs, Paige was sitting down on the floor and Taylor was standing up gesturing with her hands saying, "This is FOX News" and "It's time for FOX News". (I don't know where she would ever get that from - HA, HA, HA - I was so proud and was also cracking up listening to them). Our girls are poster kids for FOX News.
I tried to get a video of their FOX News chats, but of course they never like to perform on command and once the camera comes out, all they want is to grab it. Oh, well, a good story nonetheless!
