Welcome!

Welcome to my blog - it's like a diary only better. This is my soapbox containing a collection of my thoughts and the experiences of my life raising twins.

Prior to this blog, prior to marriage and prior to the twinsanity that I now call my life, life was quite different for me. When you visit this blog, you won’t find me writing much about my life pre-twins – I hope that’s okay. Why? You ask. Because life with twins changes everything and my life pre-multiples is now just a dizzy, distant memory. And while it’s true that life years ago may have been a little more glamorous, the life I live now is a whole lot more rewarding and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

I’m glad you’ve stopped by...there’s a really strong chance that I won’t offer anything extraordinary here, but by the same token there is also the possibility that you will experience a taste of the adventures, challenges and many joys that come with my life with twins. Hopefully that will be enough to bring you back here again.

Hiking In Yosemite National Park

This weekend, we took a drive South to the beautiful Yosemite National Park. A few of the pictures of our visit to Yosemite are shown below; but, you also must, must, must be sure to check out the photos featured in the above slideshow too. There are some real keepers in our photo montage! It was truly a spectacular day....ahhhhhh, the awesome pictures and the lasting memories...truly spectacular. Did I already mention how spectacular it was?! Spectactular!

Sitting at the edge of Glacier Point, overlooking Yosemite National Park's valleys.

Taylor and I at Glacier Point, with the infamous Half Dome in the distant background.
Another view of Half Dome.
A bird's eye view of the waterfalls in the valley.
Mike at Glacier Point with Half Dome in the background.
Hanging out at Glacier Point. The twins absolutely LOVED digging in the dirt!
Even Tukker made the trek with us to Yosemite National Park.
Mike with his girls at Glacier Point.
The view doesn't get any better than this!
Standing on top of the world.....
Taylor and Paige getting ready to catch pine cones in the meadow.
Walking through the tall grass of the meadow at the base of El Capitan mountain.
Mike and Tukker enjoying a shade tree at the base of El Capitan mountain.
Taking a little break...I'm not the hiker I used to be, that's for sure.
