Welcome!

Welcome to my blog - it's like a diary only better. This is my soapbox containing a collection of my thoughts and the experiences of my life raising twins.

Prior to this blog, prior to marriage and prior to the twinsanity that I now call my life, life was quite different for me. When you visit this blog, you won’t find me writing much about my life pre-twins – I hope that’s okay. Why? You ask. Because life with twins changes everything and my life pre-multiples is now just a dizzy, distant memory. And while it’s true that life years ago may have been a little more glamorous, the life I live now is a whole lot more rewarding and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

I’m glad you’ve stopped by...there’s a really strong chance that I won’t offer anything extraordinary here, but by the same token there is also the possibility that you will experience a taste of the adventures, challenges and many joys that come with my life with twins. Hopefully that will be enough to bring you back here again.

Dinner with Friends, Who Happen to Also Be Family

Buca di Beppo is an authentic Italian restaurant that offers REALLY, REALLY flavorful, family-style Italian dining, and wouldn't you know it, we spent last night dining in San Francisco, Buca di Beppo style - with family. Family - who are not just family - but, also dear friends! We enjoyed an evening of good food, cocktails and friendship. Here are a few photos capturing the spirit of the evening:
Outside Buca di Beppo
Aunt Ann and Mike chatting and catching up...
Aunt Karin, Momo and Poppa
The family, and those who weren't able to be with us, were with us in spirit!
Aunt Karin and Momo - picture perfect!
Poppa enjoying the vino and savoring the fine meal.
Paige, stirring strawberry lemonade. (And, what kind of mother lets her daughter wear her hat backwards at the dinner table? Don't answer that...ha, ha.)
Paige, Taylor and I enjoying the dinner, especially Taylor!
Me and my favorite little girls - picture perfect!
Mike and Paige leaning in for a picture together.
The 3 of us...sister Taylor is busy off-camera eating her spaghetti.
See, I told you so...Taylor loving her spaghetti.
The blondest haired, bluest eyed Italiano girl - Taylor.
